Strawberry & Vanilla Cream
Pear & Vanilla with Blueberries
25g caster sugar
1tsp baking powder
Whisk the flour, sugar and baking powder together in a large bowl and create a well in the centre. Mix the egg and the milk together in a jug; slowly pour this into the well whisking as you go. Continue whisking until the batter is thick and smooth. Heat a few drops of oil in a large non stick frying pan and pour in enough batter to create a 12cm round. Cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles appear across the pancake, then flip and evenly cook the other side. Wipe out the pan between pancakes with kitchen roll if needed.
